Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@2boofheads.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note customers are responsible for any return cost. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit, and if you do not have tracking or insurance you are liable and will not qualify for the refund. The original shipping costs are not refundable, if you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If you find any damage/issues with the product and need a replacement, please DO NOT USE the product. Used products can not be return or exchanged. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The items must be unused.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
